and Piggies - the two most important things in my life! So why the
name? Well, wings refers to Parrots and wheeks refers to the sound
guinea pigs make! Whether you are a bird lover or a guinea
pig lover, new or old, there is something here for everyone!

Birds
of a Feather
This
part of Wings and Wheeks is dedicated to our feathered friends. There
is much Birds of a Feather has to offer! The main entrance to the
site is located on the left side of the screen towards the top. I
have also included most of the places to go within the site as a quick
reference, but I whole heartedly suggest that you browse the site from
the main page for the full effect! Each month I will post a
new breed of bird for you to learn about. I will also choose an excellent
avian site once a month to share with my visitors! Definitely check
out my parrot, Pickles, section. She is the gal who inspired me to
create a page about birds! There are tons more to do like learn about
different bird breed, find avian books at the bookstore, win pickles award
and join our avian webring. If you have an animal related site you
can apply to win Pickles award. Also, if you have an Avian related

second half of Wings and Wheeks is dedicated to my precious Guinea Pigs,
also known as Cavies (pronounced K-V). The entrance to the main site
is located on the right side of your screen towards the top. Again,
I have included most of the places to go within this site for quick reference
but I encourage you to browse from the main site! I hope you find
helpful information here. There is everything ranging from health
tips to a listing of different breeds here, lots of photos, graphics, stories,
"adopt a cyber-cavy" and more! You can also apply for our Cavy Award
if you have a cavy related site! A new section has been added
entitled "Guinea Pig of the Month". Each month I will choose a guinea
pig that will be crowned the guinea pig of the month. Check
out that page for more information on how your pig can be our guinea pig
of the month! Tired of spending way too much on small guinea pig
cages? Check out the Create-a-Cavy-Cage and learn how to make a large,
